Location: Pataskala, OH

Salary Range: $18- 27/Hr. (Based on Experience)

Full Benefits , Profit Sharing & 401K

Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (Flexible)

40hrs/wk. (ability to work overtime, when needed)

Day-to-Day

• Support warranty service repairs on customers new and existing homes, as well as additional duties when assigned.
• Always on the go, every job assignment and location are different, not redundant
• Interact with customers, site managers, builders, sales and operations teams.
• Deliver and unload materials to new and existing home sites.
• Have Fun & Enjoy what you do!!

Skill Set

• Great Attitude and a Team Player
• Carpentry Skills & Experience
  • Interior Trim (Installing Cabinets)
  • Exterior Trim (Installing Corner Window Trim & Hand Plank Siding)
  • Framing (Construction of Walls, Floors & Roofs)
• Ability to lift 50-80lbs (team lift when needed)
• Ability to communicate professionally and problem solve
• Ability to stand, stoop, crawl, crouch, reach, climb and balance
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent training/experience
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy
